At Pantera Schools of Taekwon-Do you will learn the original method of ITF Korean Martial Art of self defence in a traditional way as developed by its founder, General Choi-Hong Hi.
The teaching programme is divided in groups according to ages: 4.5-6 years old (Little Panthers), 7-12 years (Juniors), and 13 years and above (Teens and Adults). The Juniors class is divided in beginners and intermediate / advanced students. All sessions are mixed and taught in a friendly, safe and disciplined atmosphere.
Our clubs are situated in North London within easy access of Crouch End, Hornsey, Muswell Hill, Finsbury Park, Camden, Hampstead, Highgate, Finchley, Friern Barnet, Hackney and adjacent areas.
